Monday

Sorry about the boh-ring title, guys. I couldn't think of what rhymes with Monday other than "funday", and how lame would that sound?
Anyway, today TPC was going to have a semi-private tennis lesson at the courts at my house. But why couldn't we? You guessed it, RAIN. But I've decided that complaining about Westchester's miserable weather won't actually change anything. So what would Massie do in this situation you ask? Well, make the best out of a bad situation, of course! I called up the rest of TPC and we went back to school shopping. In honor of the current weather, I got some Marc Jacobs "Rain" perfume. We hit Ralph Lauren and got new fluffy cashmere sweaters and cords for fall. I also decided to get a new messenger bag. You all remember my old nylon Prada messenger, but since everyone else in the school decided to copy that, I went for a Kate Spade one instead. It looks pretty much the same, but I added that ah-dorable Louis Vuitton signature rainbow charm keychain to it, and now it's totally me. I also got those ah-dorable Emilio Pucci rain boots. They match the flats that TPC bought. Now whether it's rain or shine, I'll be totally cute!
Later, once TPC was gone, Bean seemed a little down. She didn't even want to play with her new Sniffany & Co. toy. So I took her to that little pet boutique where Paris Hilton shops and we went shopping for her too. Oh my god, the people there fell in LOVE with her, and were SO helpful. I got her a cute little Burberry jumper, 3 Hermés scarves, 3 satin robes (purple, light blue, fuschia), 5 Ralph cashmere sweaters, Ugg boots in chestnut, chocolate, and blonde, a ton of Swarvoski crystal hair clips, and a Diamond necklace (it's about the size of a bracelet for us, but it fits her delicate little neck purr-fectly).
She definitely cheered up after that. I guess that boutique for her is like what Tiffany & Co. is for Holly Golightly.
A lot of you that don't go to OCD have been asking how to form your own Pretty Committee and how to get popular. Here's my little How-to for all of you not in the know.
1) First and foremost, you have to be born with it. I'd like to tell you that popularity is based on inner beauty, but without outer beauty and that kind of confidence that you are just born with, you don't have a chance.
2) Hang out with cool people. You know who I'm talking about. Some people are just naturally cool, whether they're playing tennis, eating lunch, or going to the toilet, they are simply fabulous. You get in with them, you get in with everyone. However, this doesn't mean stalking them. If you do that, you'll be worse off than you already are. You need to find someone to laugh at with them, and eventually you'll get to know each other. But under no circumstance should you keep pursuing them if they're not into it. If they don't want to hang out with you, 9 times out of 10 that's not going to change.
3) Don't make fun of your friends, even if people more popular than you are encouraging you to laugh at them. By doing this, they'll see that not only are you an unloyal friend, but you're straight up mean. Only make fun of real LBR's.
4) Dress well. No matter what. You can never be seen without being at least a 9. End of story.
5) Don't be something you're not. Don't pretend to like things or be things if that's really not who you are. If you're meant to be cool, you will be, otherwise...sorry, I guess.

On that note, I want to point out that the majority of OCD does not obide by these rules. Constantly girls are trying to suck up to me in order to get IN with TPC. Not gonna happen. No one will be added to the Pretty Committee. Sorry to dissapoint, but the generosity ends with Claire.

This is totally off subject, but I'd just like to say that I enjoy having all these new people reading my blogs. Just don't say any eternal wannabe-esq things about my blogs, kay? Wannabees and LBR's are so dead to me. If you're going to be cool, go ahead, ask me questions. I realize that most people wish they could be me. And out of the kindness of my heart, I will always answer your questions.
I don't have much else to say, but I hope you are all picking out outfits for my party. Believe me, you don't want to be the one with the bad outfit. It'll be total blog-candy, and you know I'll be the first to rip you to shreds.
Love,
Massie

Sunday Morning Rain Is Falling

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I certainly did:
Saturday morning was tough. We all had a really hard time getting out of bed at 9:35 because we'd just gone to sleep 2 hours earlier. But Inez made a Starbucks run and I got my venti non-fat, no water, extra hot, no whip Dulce de Leche latté. That woke me up!
After that, TPC went to the pool and tanned for about 5 hours. After everyone went home, I took a quick nap and went shopping solo at the Westchester. I know all of you LBR's are wanting to know what's in for fall, and I'll give you a few hints. Ahb-viously gray is the IT color for fall, but shades of browns, dark purples, navy blues, and dark greens are totally hot for fall. You know how I told you my mom let me get a personal shopper? Well I met her yesterday. Her name is Aurelie and she's actually from France! It gave me a grate oppertunity to work on my French. But I'll just tell you, she's ah-mazing! As soon as she got all of my measurements and shoe size, we hit Nieman's and I didn't even have to move! She did a lap around the store and came back with an arm full of clothes. I have to admit, after seeing some things on the hanger, I was a little unsure about how I felt about her style, but when I went to try everything on, totally honestly, everything fit purr-fectly! Next we hit Juicy, BCBG, Gucci, Lilly Pulitzer, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors and Anthropologie. She even helped me carry my bags (not that there was much of a choice, I kid you not, there were 14 bags), and helped me hang them up in my closet! It looks ah-mazing! I almost want to take a picture and put it on here, but I don't want too many people to copy my fall fashion ideas.
P.S., I know Aurelie sounds awesome, but she is unavailable to work for any of you or your parents. My mom threw an extra bonus in for her, so she wouldn't work for any OCD kids or their families. Sorry guys, but I guess "finders keepers" applies to this situation.
Today I briefly hit Nordstrom on the way home from the barn. I didn't get much except James Perse black cropped leggings and a pink long sleeve Lacoste polo. It matches my new Lilly sweater vest perfectly!
I know I should be really happy about all of my new purchases, but I can't shake this uneasy feeling I get whenever it rains. it totally brings me down. But the news I'm about to tell you will be the exact opposite. Ready? Okay well you know how we're all totally stressing about school starting? Well, Don't dread it too much, because I'm throwing a party in honor of us being 8th graders. Here's the details:
It will be on Friday, August 24th at my house, in the backyard. The theme is Fall, so wear earth tones. It's semi-dressy, so either wear a casual dress, or a cute top and a skirt or something. Invites have been sent to the entire 8th grade class of Briarwood and OCD. You can RSVP via blog comments if you want, otherwise just email me back or text me. Hope to see you all there!
On a different note, I've been getting some questions asked. I will answer them here, so it is known to the general public.
Q) If you're going into 8th grade, why does your profile say you're 15?
A) My profile says that I'm 15 because most of these websites have minimum age limits. I didn't know what the limit was for this particular site, so I said my birthday was in 1992.
Q) Why do you keep deleting my questions on your blogs?
A) Because, like I've said many times before, the blog comments are for me and my friends' particular use only. If you are unsure of whether you classify as my friend, check the list on one of my earlier blogs. However, I realize that some of you don't go to OCD or Briarwood but you don't know how to talk to me if it's not through the comments. For this reason, I've decided to allow all of you to post comments if you'd like to say something to me. Whether I delete the question or not is ahb-viously up to me, but I will always answer them.

In conclusion, I'd just like to say thanks to those who continually support and compliment me. It is greatly appreciated! Never hesitate to leave me a nice comment, I will always reply to them. However, if you're going to insult me to make your sorry self feel better about being an LBR; save it. I don't hesitate to verbally slap people that think they're cooler than me. I know that if I told you that you could be in TPC, you'd jump at the chance.
One more thing, some of you have been insulting me on one name and complimenting me on another. I can see who you are, because of your IP address. So I can tell which of you are fake and which of you are real. I'd stop if I were you, or you just might find yourself on my shitlist. Believe me, that's not where you want to be.
I've decided to give everyone at OCD and Briarwood the password to chat in my blog, so you can all chat in my blogs now. For those of you who don't go to said schools, when your username appears as black, I know you're not who you say you are. And like I said earlier, I can track who you actually are. Much love!
Love, Massie

A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes

From the title of this post, you'll probably be able to guess what the theme of tonight's sleepover is. That's right, Cinderella! Here's every detail of our fairy-tale of an evening.
It started at 4:30. TPC met at the iPad. Inez kept Claire, Alicia, Dylan, and Kristen in different rooms until everyone was in my house. Then, one by one, she led them into the iPad. That way, I was the first person to see all of them! As you might have read in my chat with TPC last night (as everyone tends to read those now), everyone had pastel blue outfits, just like the one in Cinderella. Yes, there's been a bit of a debate in the past about whether that dress is white or very light blue. I went with blue because I didn't want us to look like we should be on Engaged and Underaged.
After we all gushed about how ah-mazing we looked, everyone got a chance to notice how the iPad was decorated. I got the Michaels brothers to temporarilly install blue spotlights to my ceiling. Since my walls are white, the spotlights gave the impression that the walls were actually blue. Clever, huh? There were also some other lights installed along with the spotlights. There were some that made the walls, floor and ceiling look like they were sparkling. Around the room, I got a miniature replica of the horse-drawn carriage that takes Cinderella to the ball the first time she meets the prince, an enormous glass slipper, and my absolute favorite thing of ALL. You know how I have that Massie mannequin next to my closet? Well, I got Keith (yes, THE KEITH, Mr. Keith, whatever you want to call him) to make an exact replica of that pink and white dress that the mice make for Cinderella and put it on the mannequin. It looked ah-dorable! So not only did it look exactly like the movie when it was on my mannequin, but since the massie-quin is my exact size, it fits me too! I can't wait to try it on!
There are a ton of other things that we got for the room. Keith also made a miniature version of the pink and white dress to fit Bean, and we got a horse drawn carriage for her too. Inside, it's white 4-ply cashmere with miniature goose down pillows inside for her head. It doubles as a bed! Not that Bean will ever use it after tonight, but appearance is everything. We also got new sleeping bags for TPC. They are completely made of white cashmere, stuffed with goose down. But on the outside, Inez added a ton of lace trim and beads, so it resembles that scene in Cinderella.
After everything was noticed and appreciated, we all went out to the Trump Tower for dinner. We all got lobster, and it was to die for! But I would expect nothing less.
We made it back to the iPad in time to watch High School Musical 2. I have to say, TPC was never very fond of the first one, but we couldn't go not watching it and have the rest of OCD talking about. Well, we unanimously agreed--this one sucked. Big time. Even more than the first one. And does anyone else think that Sharpay's outfits were really tacky? I think she was supposed to look rich, but come on, what rich girl would wear that green and pink striped Juicy Couture swimsuit coverup GOLFING. But the worst of all was when she and Troy were practicing their song and she had that gawd-awful jean skirt with that pink mesh...beast hanging in the back! Was that supposed to be cute? Because I'm definitely starting to think that Disney Channel is more than just a little bit senile.
After that we danced around to the song Ay Bay Bay about 1000 times. I think it's the absolute funniest song ever! But so catchy. I'm pretty sure we all have the song totally memorized by now. "White folks, gangsta's in the club- ay bay bay!".
Anyway, TPC is going to wrap up our night with a round of 10 fingers. It's bound to get interesting! Talk to you all tomorrow!
Love, Massie (and TPC)

Thursday

I'm sorry guys, I've been completely letting you down! Sorry I didn't update this yesterday, but now that I think about it, I don't really owe this blog to all of you. Think of it as a gift.
So what happened yesterday? Well, TPC got together at my house and video chatted with the boys. We have totally fresh plans to dominate the school, like we always have. Except when we're 8th graders, we have sidekicks. Not just the ones made by t-mobile, but sidekicks that are even better--the boys. I realize that this whole experience will be new to all of OCD, but we plan to make it totally tollerable and fun. But don't even think about trying to snag Derrington, Cam, Josh, or Kemp for yourselves, they're with us! Deal? Deal.
We also made a ton of top secret plans for The Room. Not that any of you will get the chance to see it. But we have decided that the boys mentioned before have a free pass to the room. In fact, we hung out with them yesterday at GLU and they helped us with some com-pletely awesome ideas. The room will be TO DIE for. And it's inspired me to make my room at the estate even better too. If that's even possible.
Today was great. I started out by visiting Brownie. I got those super cute new Burberry leather knee-high riding boots. I also got www.crystalicing.com to crystalize my stirrups and helmet for me. So cute!
Later, Dyl, Alicia, and I went to the city. We hit Emilio Pucci and got matching pairs of those ah-dorable new flats. You know them, navy swirl? We got matching ones for the rest of TPC. Here's a little memo to all of you wannabes reading this blog for lack of better things to do: If you even try on those flats I just mentioned, you might as well not show your face at OCD ever again. Got it? I posted this here before anyone else got them, and that's written proof.
Later we hung out at the pool and listened to that new James Blunt CD again. I'm sorry, I know I told you all to listen to it, but I just realized why you haven't been able to. It wont be released until September something..I guess being an heiress certainly has its benefits.
Speaking of new things for fall, guess what? I know I've always been the best dressed girl at OCD, you don't have to tell me that. But this is 8th grade and you're going to see totally new stuff on me that you would expect to see on the Olsen twins or Rachel Bilson. That's right, that's my new style for fall. Not only do I go shopping every day to fill my entire closet with this style, but I got....drumroll please....a personal shopper to help me! I know, right? No one under the age of 17 a personal shopper, but I convinced my mom that it would be extremely beneficial to our family name.
Yup, there are a ton of changes being made in this town. And those aren't the only ones. I rarely let people see me any less than composed, but I must say that I'm dissapointed. I've warned you all countless times about a) posting on the blogs when you're unwanted b) coming on the site if you don't even know me and TPC c) and this one is the worst of all. IMPERSONATING TPC!
I know you wish you were in TPC, okay? I get it. You probably think you're really clever because you can post things under my friends' names. But in reality, if you knew anything about anything, you'd realize that being the administer of this site, I am notified when things are posted falsely under a person's name. How, you ask? My friends all subscribe to my blog, therefore they all share a password with me to this site. When things are posted by someone with the same name but no password, I am notified. Therefore, as soon as I realize that this is happening, I delete your posts. Okay? Simple as that.
Another thing: coming on the blog, reading my posts, POSTING ON MY BLOGS, and then dissing me and TPC? Not only rude, but flat out immature. You're the one reading my posts, and ahb-viously if you are, you are an outsider who wants to taste what it's like to be an insider. Don't come on the blog and diss me, because I promise you my disses are 10 times worse. Everyone knows that TPC rules the school, and with the most popular guys backing us up now we will be unstoppable. So a warning to the wannabes: stay off the blog, don't post, and don't diss. It just contributes to your lameness. I make this blog for my friends, and those that wish they were my friends. if you are going to compliment me, fine be my guest. Otherwise, make like fall and LEAVE!
Love, Massie

One Final Warning

This notice is going out to everyone who reads the blog. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. Don't post on my blogs if you aren't welcome here. How do you know if you're welcome here? Check the list. If you aren't on it, don't act like you belong here, kay?
Now, not only have I posted a blog talking about weird stalkers on the site, but I have talked about this problem in most of my blogs. Warning to all: there is a major LBR posting stuff on here, not only pretending to know me but pretending to BE Kristen! Note to whoever you are, that's against the law. There's a specific branch of the identity theft law that covers that.
Guys, it kills me to say this, but if this abuse continues we'll all just have to go back to regular old fashioned iChat. I know, right?
Everyone on the list, I'm sorry, but by the looks of things, I'd say this blog is going downhill faster than Britney.
Love, Massie

Stalkers, Beware

Just a note to all: not only have there been complaints of unknown people looking around the blogs, but I myself have seen their posts. Come on, whoever you are, read a few blogs down. I discussed that if you aren't welcome on the site, and you're not on "the List", look around quietly if you're going to look around at all. Don't go posting on my blogs like you own the place.
If however, you are some online predator, that I somehow know, please make that known to me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will probably just block your username from the site. It has been brought to my attention that there are more than one random people browsing the site. Everyone, be careful what you put down. I think things are about to get VERY interesting around here on the blog. I guess we'll just have to wait and see, though. :D

Tuesday, So Far

Hey everyone. Sorry I couldn't catch you up on my hot date last night, but I got kind of scared because of the thunderstorm last night. I didn't want my laptop to electricute me!
So I'll start with that; the date.
Claire, Me, Derrington, and Cam went to the Polo resturant in NYC. It's THE BEST resturant around here! I had the lobster medallions, and let me just tell you that they are completely ah-mazing. It's a luxe life, but somebody's got to live it right?
The four of us pretty much just caught up about our summers. The boys have been playing soccer all summer, so they've been in touch with all of the hottest guys at Briarwood. I'll just say that we got the inside scoop on ALL of the boys. Sorry, some of it is too juicy to put on here. It'll just be our little secret I guess.
After dinner we went to Barnes and Noble. Cam wanted to check out some poetry books or something. I guess some girls (Claire) might think that's cute, but sorry, Cam, it's a little cheesy.
After he got his book, we went to the Starbucks café there and caught up some more. Both of the guys had presents for us. Derrington got me a gold sandal charm with little diamonds around the strap, to represent summer. And Cam got Claire...well I'll let her tell you that.
A lot of you have been asking me how I snagged such an ah-mazing boyfriend. Well, I'll put it frankly. Either you have it or you don't. Some are just born with it. You have to have the natural ability to flirt, be cute, and look cool. Without any of these three characteristics, you are nothing.
Although TPC and I don't have to work at this, I found it in my heart to make a little guide on how to at least LOOK like you have the look. Here's Massie's guide to flirting:
1) When talking to a guy (whether you like him or not) ALWAYS make eye contact with him. He'll probably feel so uncomfortable from your piercing gaze that he'll need to look away. Don't be alarmed, he might seem scared, but I guarantee he'll be thinking about you all day.
2) Laugh when you're with your friends and he is within earshot of you. Don't look at him while you're doing it either. You need to look like you can always have a good time no matter what, and he needs to think that you aren't thinking about him constantly (even if you are).
3) Always look your best. No matter what. Even if your mom is just taking you for a quick trip to the grocery store, it's an absolute must to dress like everyone you know is going to see you. Girls, I'm talking cute, flattering clothes, make-up that's well applied, everything. The one exception to this rule, is when you are going on a plane ride. If it's between fall and the end of winter, this is what you should wear. Juicy velour sweat suit, uggs (prefferably chestnut colored, or those woven blonde colored ones), a cute carry-on, and your hair done in a casual-cute kind of way. Either a low side braid, braided pigtails, or a messy bun. Note: messy buns are only passable if they are done RIGHT. Don't ever do it if it just looks messy. It has to look just messy enough that it's cute.
4) Don't be shy when a guy is talking to you and your friends. Especially if your friends are outgoing towards him. If you don't participate in the conversation, he'll think you're a shy little LBR with no personality. Be additive to the conversation, and make it fun and funny. He needs to at least THINK that you're cool.

That's all I can think of for now. But I know there's one thing you've all been dying to know about last night. What I was wearing! Well, here it goes:
Have you seen that absolutely ah-mazing fushia satin Diane von Furstenburg wrap dress with the ballet skirt and short sleeves? It technically doesn't come out until the fall season actually starts, but my friend Debby at Nieman Marcus kind of did me a favor...Actually I guess it wasn't a favor, because she made me pay her $1000 dollars extra for it. But it was so cute on last night! I wore it with black tights and black Prada pumps. I wore my hair down and flipped out at the ends. Of course my ever-present charm bracelet was...well...present. I wore my black double-C Chanel earrings too. The outfit was to DIE for, and Derrington couldn't keep his hands off of me! I'll just leave it at that...

Anyway, I'm off to talk to Principal Burns about my schedule. I need to get on the right track this year, so I can be on the right track in highschool, so I can be set for college. You didn't think I thought about that kind of stuff did you? Well, guess you were wrong.

Just one final note to everyone. Boys love good-smelling hair. Don't think that Pantene is all chic and whatnot. The two shampoos that drive boys the most nuts are Bumble and Bumble créme de coco, and Frederic Fakkai apple cider. You're welcome!
Love,
Massie

New Additions To "The List"

After much deliberation, TPC has decided to add some new members to the list. Here is the full list of people who are welcome to talk in our exclusive chats on here.

The List:
Me
Alicia
Kristin
Claire
Dylan
Derrington
Cam
Josh
Kemp
Skye
DSL Daters
Olivia R. (Limited Use Only)
Chris Abeley

Like I said earlier, there will be more people added, and some will probably be removed. Don't be too depressed if you didn't make the cut. Maybe you'll be on the list some other time. Who knows?
Note to those on the list:
If you can't keep up with fast pace of our chat, don't bother talking. We don't want random "what's going on?" messages appearing in the middle of our intense chats. The penalty for committing what I just described will be banishment from the list.

Monday

Hello all. Hope all of your weekends were satisfactory. I can assure you that mine was above and beyond.
Leesh, Dyl, Kris, and Claire slept over last night @ the iPad. Since it's summer, every night's a party! There wasn't a theme though, that's saved exclusively for Friday nights. Everything that happened was pinky sworn to secrecy. Sorry everyone, but you're not going to hear a word about it from me!!
This morning after everyone left, I decided to go to the Westchester and do a little shopping, solo. As if all of you don't already know, I'm having a hot date with Derrington tonight. I was in desperate need of some new clothes. I'm not going to tell you now, so I don't ruin the surprise for Derrington, but what I bought for this evening is gorgeous. In a totally casual-cute way though.
I went to Juicy and saw theeee cutest new sweat suit. You know how for the cold seasons they always get the velour track suits? Well I don't know if you've seen the new ones for fall, but let me tell you, they are to die for.
Mini Current State Of The Union right now. The purple and camel colored velour sweatsuits are totally in for this fall. But if you get them, never wear them in front of me or TPC. I have all of ours and they are going to be one of our many "things" for the summer. Sorry!!
Other than that, not too much has gone on today. However, I've noticed some abuse to the "forum". AKA the secret spot where TPC and those in the "know" have chats. Somehow some of you LBR's found them, and have not only been reading in on our private conversations, but posting some of your own thoughts too! Side note, if you're going to go into places you aren't welcome in, at least have some class and never tell anyone you were there, never leave any trace that you were there, and certainly don't act like you have every right to be there!! Being the administer of this blog, I can have you blocked from this site. Meaning, not only will you not be able to read our convo's but you wont even be able to read my blogs. Got it?
Just a closing note. Blogs for this pre-fall and fall season are my thing. If you're going to copy me, be my guest, but don't expect me or TPC to ever read what you have to say. The only people who will read yours are dumb LBR's like you.
In conclusion, I've made a list of those welcome to post in our chats. I am not trying to be exclusive, but there has been definite abuse. There is no way for me to block you from reading our chats, unless I block you from the entire forum, which is BEYOND mean. So go ahead, read to your heart's content, but don't think it makes you one of us.

The List:
Me
Claire
Alicia
Kristin
Dylan
Cam
Kemp
Josh
Derrington

These are the only people that I am aware of that talk on the chats and are welcome to. If you have posted something, and you aren't on the list, please take that as a subtle hint. Trust me, you don't want me to make it any more public than this. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the list, feel free to send me an email or an IM. The list can and will be changed once more people begin to read this blog.
Details will be posted later on my dinner date! Love,
Massie

Current State Of The Union

Weekend Update

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't updated this in like...forever! Ever since the thunderstorm on Friday night our internet wouldn't work. Ah-noying huh? Luckily I figured out that my laptop still works because of our wireless internet. Once again, Massie saves the day!
So the thunderstorm on Friday night legitimately scared TPC. But did that stop us from having an ah-mazing time? Of course not!!
After watching Funny Face, Breakfast At Tiffany's, and My Fair Lady, we decided to crash onto our luxurious cashmere sleeping bags and have an intense round of "Would You Rather". I can't really say much about the game, sworn to secrecy. LOL, those that were lucky enough to be there! Love, love, loved when Dylan ____ the ____ ____ ________. For those of you out of the "know", I'll just leave you to ponder a few questions.
1) Would you rather see your parents doing it or have your parents see you doing it?
2) Would you rather get your period in front of your boyfriend while wearing white shorts or poop in your bikini while swimming in front of your boyfriend. (Replace "boyfriend" with "crush" respectively).
3) Would you rather have 17 regular sized testicles or one testicle the size of a coconut?
Good times, ladies, good times.
On Saturday, when TPC left my house, Claire and I un-decorated my room. It was kind of depressing, yet exciting to anticipate next Friday's theme. I already have some big ideas, but those will be left unknown to the general public until Friday. Post your guesses if you want, and if anyone guesses correctly TPC will let you in *the room* next year when we're 8th graders. Only for a quick visit though, and you will be blindfolded until you get there so you wont be able to come back.
Yesterday afternoon was a bit of a drag. Alicia came over and we sunbathed by the pool. Inez cooked us up an ah-mazing pasta salad! We also just got a new stereo system out there and we blasted the new James Blunt CD. If you haven't heard it yet, it's a must-have for the season.
Today I went to the Westchester Mall with Alicia and Dylan. I got a ton of fall clothes. They will also be left unknown to the general public until the start of the new season, when they will debut. Let me assure you that they will be well worth the wait.
To wrap this up I will leave you all with some beauty tips of the day. Ever since my New Year's resolution to make the world a better place, I've been compelled to share my specific knowlege with all of you.
Make up:
Products- Too Faced Lash Injection Mascara, Clinique mascara, Benefit High Beams Cheek tint, Nars Turkish Delight Lipgloss, Benefit foundation.
Instructions: Start by curling your eyelashes. If you don't know why, it's so you don't smudge any other work you might do on your cheeks if you chose to do that first. When your eyelashes are curled to perfection, apply the Too Faced mascara to your top lashes. Then take the clinique and apply to your bottom lashes. Don't try to do both sets of lashes with the Too Faced because the brush is too big, and unless your face is freakishly shaped, there's no way you could put it on your bottom lashes with out smudging it everywhere. Next apply the Benefit foundation to your face. Add a dot of the High Beams product to each cheek and rub it in. This will add a healthy glow. Finally, finish with the Nars lipgloss. The light pink color will look adorable for summer. Of course, this isn't to be worn on dates or dances, only for casual meetings.
That's all for now. More later,
Love Massie.

C'est un jour fantastique!

Today was ah-mazing! I'm just so sad that summer is coming to a close so quickly. Can you believe?
Well enough negativity. I don't take pilates for nothing!
So today started with the Claire and I setting up the iPad (aka my bedroom) for tonight's sleepover. The theme tonight was...drumroll please...Paris! So ah-dorable, right? You wouldn't believe how ah-mazing it looks! First, Inez went out and got a miniature Eiffel Tower. But when I say miniature, I mean it is 11 feet high! Then we set up this cute little glass box and put petit fours inside (cute little French pastries, for those of you who aren't in the know). Claire and I went to this French store called Chérie, and got a bunch of French candles. The bill was over $760! But like I always say, if you're going to bother doing something, do it RIGHT. We definitely did it right! We also got a bunch of fresh flowers for my room and added a bunch of chic perfume bottles to my shelves. It's a total 10! Then Alicia, Kristen, and Dylan came and we set up their sleeping bags. In fact, Inez went through the trouble of redoing all of our sleeping bags! She lined them in pink and white cashmere and got an enormous Eiffel Tower embroidered on each of them. Of course we'll need to get new ones for our next sleepover, but it's totally worth it! It's unbelievable. Anyway, all of us went to the Fougasse for dinner and had de-lish french dinners. Because of my fluent french, I talked to the manager of the resturant. We organized my high school graduation party. The Fougasse is going to cater for us! Can you believe? I'm totally excited. People need to call 7 months in advance to even book a reservation at the resturant, but he'll be at MY house! After dinner, we went to the Westchester Mall and bought completely glam dresses! Mine is a red satin Dior halter. Trés chic, non? It has slight rutching at the waist and goes to a little below my knees. After that we went and got mani-pedi's and got our hair and make-up done at the Red Door Salon (yes, we went all the way to the city). After we went shopping some more, and totally turned heads, might I add, we decided to come back to my house. We have 476 candles burning in my room right now. It smells unbelievable! Bean had to leave though, she must be allergic to Tocca votives. Oh did I mention I bought a new charm just for the occasion? I already had an Eiffel Tower on my bracelet so I decided to get a little arc de triomphe. How adorable, right? So now we're at my house just gossiping and watching Roman Holiday. We're having an Audrey Hepburn movie marathon.Later we'll have an intense round of what would you rather. The Pretty Committee says hello! But unlike you, we do have lives (which we know you're completely envious of). Hope you enjoyed! You know you love, love, love us! More tomorrow,
Massie (and TPC).
